Superbike Factory, based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, has quietly become the UK’s biggest seller of quality used bikes. But the company is actually a collection of several related brands.
For example, a considerable opportunity existed to satisfy all the eager bike-buyers’ finance needs and, working closely with our client, we’ve helped them grow that business employing the very same skills we used for their main site.
We collaborate closely with Superbike to make all their brands work extra-hard in the digital space.
Big Brand Ideas were recommended to us. From the initial meeting we were impressed with the detail and understanding of our business. They worked on our PPC and SEO campaigns and we have quickly cemented our organic position as a market leader, delivering a profitable search campaign that we are looking to develop further.
Scott Behrens, Managing Director
The market for used motorbikes is all about search and ranking. Before we started working with Superbike Factory they were just another online player.
We created a strong organic search strategy and a pay-per-click campaign built around careful keyword selection, daily monitoring, and lead-quality analysis, in close collaboration with the client.
The result is that today Superbike Factory is by far the biggest used bike dealer in the UK and is top of the Google ranking for almost all relevant search terms.
Superbike Loans was already one of the UK’s biggest providers of bike loans, but lacked a stronger emotional engagement with the biker community.
We recommended a music-based campaign that used their existing connection with clients on Facebook and Twitter, in addition to a managed paid-for campaign.
This was to publicise a hard-rocking biker’s playlist we created on Spotify, that visitors can add to, comment on, and listen to, reinforcing the strong links between Superbike and their customers.
Even before we got involved with their backend systems, Superbike Factory was well on the way to becoming the UK’s biggest seller of used motorbikes.
But dealing with the vast number of enquiries they received was creating a ton of labour-intensive, tedious, and unproductive work.
We developed automated software that streamlined their processes, driving down administration costs, but at the same time delivering a higher level of customer service.
