Creative Team

If you’re a creative team that loves big ideas as much as we do, we’ve got the perfect opportunity to get your pulses racing.

We’re an agency where creativity is at the heart of everything we do, powering our content-led, performance driven approach. We love to rise to a challenge. And we’re prepared to challenge everything to get the right result.

Big Brand Ideas is a fast-growing business, built on taking nothing for granted. Tackling every problem with fearlessness, freshness and clarity of thought.

That attitude has taken us from two people in a rented room 8 years ago, to 60 people spread over two offices in central Manchester and Macclesfield.

We’re a team of many talents, but one philosophy. Think it through and make it new.

Our challenger mindset means we’re now in need of a creative team to join us with a focus on thinking up big ideas as well as being able to roll their sleeves up on delivery.

As a team, you will bring the best of copywriting and art direction together. Imaginative and full of ideas, you’ll understand the difference between a central, core idea and the executional possibilities. Ideally having worked together for at least 2 years in an agency, you will have experience of delivering campaigns on and offline, but what really gets you excited is integrating ideas across social, digital, film and creative technology.

You’ll be fascinated by people, advertising and brands, able to apply creative thinking to business problems and love selling in ideas in an inspirational way.

You’ll work closely with our existing creative team and planning department at Big Brand Ideas and also at our content production agency Trunk. Our client portfolio is varied and covers B2B and B2C so you’ll have a chance to flex your creative genius across many different sectors including financial services, leisure, alcohol, wellbeing, leisure and tourism and consumer electronics to name a few.

This is an opportunity for a team with real passion and vision to make a difference and there’s no ceiling to the opportunities to progress.
