Big team. Big impact.
Big Brand Ideas was founded as a search, website and brand specialist in 2011. Since then, we’ve added a Manchester office to our base in Cheshire. Together, we are a 65-strong team made of up of thinkers, creators, analysts, digital marketers and technologists. Each of whom have spent years honing their craft in the industry.
We’re proud to be independent. Unlike many agencies, we’re not shackled by corporate investors, giving us more time to focus on our clients and staff. Our success is testament to the kind of workplace we’ve created: an environment that fosters creativity and rewards bravery.

Our teams work collaboratively across both our offices in Manchester and Macclesfield, where our working environment has been designed to inspire and energise.
Standing out in a shifting digital landscape is getting harder. But it’s not altogether impossible. The key to success lies in using deeper insights to guide your strategy and creative. This means delivering high-performing campaigns fuelled by logic, relevancy and reasoning...
We call this approach Customerology™ and it is at the heart of everything we do. In essence, carefully crafted experiences guided by insights and behaviour. For you, this means more meaningful connections at every point of the customer journey.
01. Strategy that inspires action
Staying relevant at every step of the customer journey means carefully studying people’s buying behaviour. It’s a process that informs our strategic decision by providing a rationale for channels, how we activate them and when.
02. Creative that moves audiences
Sometimes it’s better to think within the box. The Customerology™ process allows us to craft content that is proven to resonate with audiences, by giving our creativity a nudge in the right direction.
03. Performance that fuels results
Better insights allow us to build more accurate digital personas. The result is better buying journeys for customers. Our agency process allows us to fine-tune campaign performance and make informed improvements.
